Health notice. Aatman offers general guidance on yoga, breathing and meditation practices. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified doctor or yoga teacher. Consult your physician before beginning any new practice, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition. Stop any practice that causes pain, dizziness or discomfort.

We work to keep Aatman available and accurate, but the app and website are provided “as is”. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
